Parsvnath Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders (the Code) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company would remain closed from July 29, 2015 to August 07, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Insiders covered under the Code.
