Patel Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on June 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for Insiders covered under "Patel Engineering Limited Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading would commence from June 05, 2014 and will end 24 hours after the results are made public on June 12, 2014.
