Patel Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Directors of the Company through Circular resolution dated March 26, 2015 has appointed Ms. Geetha Sitaraman as an Additional Director with effect from March 26, 2015 to hold office as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years commencing from March 26, 2015, subject to approval of the Shareholders.
