| Patel Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company w\W be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for insiders covered under the Company's Insider Code of Conduct would commence from February 04, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on February 12, 2016. | |
