Patni Computer Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation and Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated March 21, 2012, has allotted 59,000 equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to certain option holders, pursuant to the exercise of options granted to them under Companys Stock Option Plan.
