Patni Computer Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation and Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated March 23, 2012 has allotted 31,130 equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to certain option holders, pursuant to the exercise of options granted to them under Company's Stock Option Plan.
