Peninsula Land Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Peninsula Land Limited, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code will be closed from July 24, 2014 to August 01, 2014 (both days inclusive).
