Peninsula Land Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 26, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 along with the statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date.<BR><BR>Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 201) for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company by any Insider covered under the said Code will be closed from October 17, 2015 to October 28, 2015 (both days inclusive).
