Persistent Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 18, 2014 and will continue on April 19, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following business:<br/><br/>1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. The Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and period ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>3. The recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2013-14, if the Final Dividend is recommended by the Board of Directors, the Book Closure for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 201314 will be determined later.<br/><br/>Further, the Company has informed that the Board of Directors will consider aforesaid business items on April 19, 2014.
