Persistent Systems Ltd has informed BSE that, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the SEBI Circular no. dated May 11, 2015 for disclosure under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company confirms that a Code of Conduct has been formulated by the Company. This was placed before the Board of Directors in the Board Meeting of the Company held on April 20 and April 21, 2015 and it was approved.<BR><BR>The Board of Directors further decided to adopt the Annexure to this Code as and when SEBI releases the same in near future. Accordingly, this Code has been appropriately updated in terms of the abovementioned SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Regulation 8(1) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, a Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information as applicable to the Company has been formulated and is made available on the website of the Company with effect from May 15, 2015.
