With reference to the earlier letter dated November 09, 2015 regarding Persistent Systems, Inc., a wholly owned US subsidiary of Persistent Systems Limited, India, signed an agreement on November 09, 2015, with Akumina, Inc., a Delaware corporation to acquire the assets and hire the employees of Akumina's content management services business. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed and the acquisition was subject to customary closing conditions.<BR><BR>In continuation of the same, Persistent Systems Ltd has now informed BSE that Persistent Systems, Inc., a wholly owned US subsidiary of Persistent Systems Limited, has closed its previously announced acquisition of the assets and the hiring of the employees of Akumina, Inc.'s content management services business.
