PG Electroplast Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting in Financial Year 2015-16 of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 08, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015 & to consider matters related to calling of Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations; Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Directors, Officers, designated persons and their dependents from July 29, 2015 till August 10, 2015 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>The trading window will open on August 11, 2015 for trading in equity shares of the Company.
