Further to our earlier letter dated 20th July, 2017, this is to inform you that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench, vide its Order dated 19th July, 2017, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Goodluck Dealcom Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Phillips Carbon Black Limited, (referred to as the 'Transferor Company') with Phillips Carbon Black Limited (referred to as the 'Transferee Company') with the Appointed Date being 1st April, 2016.<BR> <BR> With regard to the same, we wish to inform you that Phillips Carbon Black Limited has filed E-Form INC-28 with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Kolkata, along with the Certified True Copy of the Order on 21st July, 2017.
