Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench, vide its Order dated 19th July, 2017, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between Goodluck Dealcom Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Phillips Carbon Black Limited, (referred to as the 'Transferor Company') and Phillips Carbon Black Limited (referred to as the 'Transferee Company') The Certified True Copy of the order has been received by us on 19th July, 2017 at 7 P.M.
