With reference to earlier announcement dated May 27, 2014 and May 29, 2014 regarding Date of Payment / Dispatch of Dividend warrant, Phoenix Lamps Ltd has now informed BSE about the following revised matters, in lieu of the matters sent earlier :&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;1. Book Closure/Record Date&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The Register of Members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed on July 21, 2014 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Dividend.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The cut-off date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the Shareholders for payment of Dividend shall be July 19, 2014.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;2. Date of Payment / Dispatch of Dividend warrant&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The date of payment/dispatch of Dividend/Dividend Warrant shall be July 28, 2014, subject to approval by the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
