To consider and take on record, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To consider the dividend policy and recommend payment of dividend(s) to the shareholders, if any, for the financial year 2013-14.<br/><br/>3. To consider and decide on issues arising from the recently notified Companies Act 2013.
