Phoenix Lamps Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 31, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from October 21, 2014 to November 02, 2014 (both dates inclusive) for the purpose of Board Meeting, scheduled to be held on October 31, 2014.
