Phoenix Lamps Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:<BR><BR>- To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, notice is hereby given that the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from May 12, 2015 to May 24, 2015 (both dates inclusive) for the purpose of Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 22, 2015.
