Picturehouse Media Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 08, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014 and consider matters relating to the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of Regulation 3.2.1 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), 1992 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed with effect from August 01, 2014 to August 09, 2014 (Both days inclusive). As a result, during the aforesaid period, trading in securities of the Company by the Directors/ designated employees of the Company including their relatives is strictly prohibited.
