Pidilite Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2.90 per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each (previous year Rs. 2.70 per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each). This dividend will be free of tax in the hands of the shareholders.<BR><BR>Subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the above dividend will be paid to the shareholders within a period of 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting.
