| Pipavav Defence and Offshore Engineering Company Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014:<br/><br/>The Audited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 13.050 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 as compared to Rs. 82.445 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 7336.415 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 to Rs. 4646.199 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>The Audited results for the Year ended March 31, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 83.575 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 as compared to Rs. 287.210 million for the year ended March 31, 2013. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 26130.299 million for the year ended March 31, 2013 to Rs. 23190.763 million for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>The Consolidated Results are as follows:<br/><br/>The Audited consolidated results for the Year ended March 31, 2014<br/><br/>The Group has posted net profit after taxes and share of profit of associates of Rs. 27.222 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 as compared to Rs. 310.948 million for the year ended March 31, 2013. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 26130.488 million for the year ended March 31, 2013 to Rs. 25727.079 million for the year ended March 31, 2014. | |
