With reference to the earlier letter dated March 18, 2016, Piramal Enterprises Ltd has now informed BSE that at the Meeting of Committee of Directors (Funding) held on March 22, 2016, the Committee approved the allotment of 1,000 Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), having the Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakh only) each, aggregating to Rs. 100 Crores. These NCDs shall be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited - Wholesale Debt Segment. The details of the said allotment is mentioned in Annexure A.
