| Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (Listing Regulations') we write to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 12th May, 2017 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2017. In this regard, we write to inform you that the Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 6th May, 2017 to Sunday, 14th May, 2017 (both days inclusive) i.e. after 48 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchange from the date of the meeting. Further, as per Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations, the Company shall be publishing only Consolidated results in the newspapers. However, we shall be filing both Standalone and Consolidated results with the Stock Exchange. | |
