Pitti Laminations Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business:-<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record the un-audited financial results (provisional) for the quarter and nine months period ended on December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>2. To consider the proposal for splitting / sub-division of the face value of the Company's equity share.<BR><BR>3. To consider the declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2014-15, if any.<BR><BR>The trading window for the "Designated Employees" of the Company shall be closed for all "Designated Employees" including Directors of the company from January 20, 2015 till twenty-four hours after announcement of financial results in the Board meeting scheduled to be held on January 28, 2015.
