Pix Transmissions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 13, 2017, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Recommended Final Dividend @ Rs 2.00/- per share, for the year ended March 31, 2017, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 27, 2017.<BR><BR>2. The dividend, if declared, will be paid on or before October 26, 2017.
