Poddar Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, has noted and approved the soft launch of the Companys new housing project Poddar Aspire at Teesgaon, Kalyan on November 15, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, Board of Directors has also approved the appointment of Mrs. Sangeeta Purushottam, as Non-Executive Independent Women Director and Mr. Dilip J. Thakkar as Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect.
