| Poddar Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 29, 2015 to August 05, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 05, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Pay Date for the purpose of Dividend shall be on or after August 11, 2015 but within the statutory time limit subjected to approval of shareholders at 33rd Annual General Meeting. | |
