| Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and to take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>Further, the Company confirms that as per the Company's Internal Policy for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Company's Directors, Officers and designated employees from July 25, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public. | |
