| Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 22, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and to take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, the Company confirms that as per the Company's internal Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Company's Directors, Officers and designated employees from January 12, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public, i.e. January 22, 2015. | |
