Polaris Financial Technology Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of Company will be held on July 23, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and to take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Company confirms that as per the Company's internal Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Companys Directors, Officers and designated employees from July 14, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public, i.e. July 23, 2014.
