Poly Medicure Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to code of prevention of Insider Trading of the Company and SEBI Regulations, it is informed that trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the directors and designated employees with immediate effect from May 01, 2014 to May 16, 2014 (Both days inclusive), due to declaration of Annual Audited Financial results of the Company, for, the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2014, at the forthcoming Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 15, 2014.
