Poly Medicure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 13, 2016, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated & Standalone) of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition to Insider Trading) Regulations and Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company has been kept closed from April 28, 2016 to May 15, 2016 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>This closure of Trading Window has been occasianed by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on May 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2016.
