Dear Sir/Madam, It may please be noted that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition to Insider Trading) Regulations and Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company has been kept closed from 27th April, 2017 to 12th May, 2017 (both days inclusive). This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 10th May, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on 31st March, 2017.
