Poly Medicure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. declared Interim Dividend for the financial year 2015-16, of Rs. 2.50/- (Rupees two and fifty paisa only) per equity share i.e. @ 50% (Fifty) on equity shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up of the Company<BR><BR>The said Interim Dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or before March 30, 2016.
