Poly Medicure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, is scheduled to be held on January 25, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve, Un Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter ended on December 31, 2013 (Q3).<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to Code of Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company and applicable SEBI Regulations, it is to be informed that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from January 15, 2014 to January 27, 2014 (both days inclusive) for all the designated Employees and Directors of the Company.
