Poly Medicure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, to the shareholders of the Company, for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's securities by the Directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from March 07, 2016 to March 12, 2016 (Both days inclusive) in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
