| Subject:- Advance notice of Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company and Intimation to adopt Standalone Financial Results<BR> Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 12th day of August, 2017 inter-alia to consider the following:<BR> <BR> To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the First quarter ended on 30th June, 2017.<BR> To transact any other matter which the Board may deem fit.<BR> Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33(3)(b) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, It may please be noted that the Company in the meeting of the Board of Directors will consider the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2017. <BR> <BR> For Subsequent quarters i.e. September and December quarter, we will consider the Standalone Financial results.
