Polyplex Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, have recommended payment of Dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (of the face value of Rs. 10/- each) for the Financial Year 2014-15, which is subject to declaration by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held before end of September, 2015.
