Power Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, will be considering the Audited Financial Results for the financial year 2014-15 and recommendation of Final Dividend to the equity shareholders of the Corporation, if any, for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>In the said meeting, the Board is also likely to consider the agenda for merger of PFC Capital Advisory Services Limited with PFC Consulting Limited, both wholly owned subsidiaries of PFC.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for regulating & reporting trading by insiders and for fair disclosure, 2015 framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all designated employees and their dependent family member from May 20, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive).
