With reference to the earlier letter dated January 06, 2017, Power Finance Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for regulating & reporting trading by insiders and for fair disclosure. 2015 (the Code) framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all connected person as defined in the Code from January 16, 2017 to January 25, 2017 (both days inclusive).
