With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 24, 2015 regarding Notice of Offer for Sale of Shares by Promoter, The President of India, acting through and represented by the Ministry of Power, Government of India is the promoter of Power Finance Corporation Ltd (the "Promoter") has now informed BSE that the Floor Price of the Offer in terms of the SEBI OFS Circular shall be as below :<BR><BR>Rupees 254/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Four Only) per Equity Share of Power Finance Corporation Ltd (the "Floor Price").
