Power Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, have declared and approved the payment of 2nd interim dividend @ Rs. 4.5 /- per equity share on the face<BR>value of the paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial Year 2015-16.<BR><BR>The date of payment/dispatch of dividend shall be February 24, 2016.
