| Power Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, has recommended declaration of final dividend of Rs. 0.60/- per share (face value of Rs. 10/- each) for the financial year 2015-16 at the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM).<BR><BR>The said recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.60/- per share (face value of Rs. 10/- each), if declared by the shareholders in the ensuing 30th AGM, shall be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of AGM. | |
