Pradeep Metals Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 10, 2015, to consider and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from August 07, 2015 to August 12, 2015 (both days inclusive).
