Pradeep Metals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 26, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following business:<br/><br/>1. To deliberate and decide on the economy and viability of setting up 2.1 MW Wind Power facility.<br/><br/>2. To deliberate and decide on acquisition of a manufacturing facility in USA, Europe and other countries in furtherance of the Companys business.<br/><br/>3. To consider Loan Application for renewal / enhancement of working capital facilities and term loans.
