| Pradeep Metals Ltd has informed BSE that in order to move the registered office of the Wholly Owned Subsidiary namely Pradeep Metals Limited, New York from the state of New York to the state of Texas for administrative and other commercial<BR>considerations, another Company has been formed in the name and style of Pradeep Metals Limited, Inc., with registered office at 77 Sugar Creek Center Boulevard, Sugar Land, TX 77478, in the state of Texas, U.S.A., on March 09, 2015. Further, the existing Wholly Owned Subsidiary namely Pradeep Metals Limited, New York has been merged with the new Company vide Certificate of Merger dated March 09, 2015. Resultantly, Pradeep Metals Limited, New York stands merged and Pradeep Metals Limited, Inc., Texas has become the Wholly Owned Subsidiary, with effect from March 09, 2015.<BR><BR>It may, however, be noted that there will be no impact, whatsoever, on the present operations and financials of the Wholly Owned Subsidiary in view of the above. | |
