Praj Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 28, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window for dealing in the Company's Shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from July 21, 2014 till July 30, 2014, in terms of the Company's code of internal procedures and conduct for Prohibition of insider Trading in securities, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
