Praj Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 and to consider and recommend dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2015, if any, on equity shares.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for dealing in the Company's Shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from May 21, 2015 till May 30, 2015, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
