Praj Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has acquired a further stake of 10% in its subsidiary Praj HiPurity Systems Limited "Formerly known as Neela Systems Limited" for approximately Rs. 20.40 Crore. With this, Praj Industries Limited now holds 80% stake in Praj HiPurity Systems Limited at an approximate cost of Rs. 117.95 crores.
