Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing with shares of the Company by Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees including their relatives and all connected persons, as per the Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will be closed from August 07, 2015 to August 14, 2015 and shall be opened 24 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting of the Company to be held on August 14, 2015.
